Reason why you're here
Why are you here this week? Firstly you could be here to have an opportunity of receiving Jesus Christ as Lord of your life. This is the most important decision you can make in your whole life.

Secondly for each and every one of you God is wanting to illuminate his perfect will and plan for your life to you. Destiny. It's a time to come face to face with your destiny. Right here at camp. Many people struggle with knowing what God would have them do with their lives. There's no need for that. This is your destiny once you are a Christian - to go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. (Matt 28:19-20).

How you work out this command may differ from the person sitting next to you. You might be in business, or you might be a teacher, or a preacher, or a mother or whatever it is - your job is to make disciples!

The need
You see we are living in a lost and fallen world. All around us are people who need Jesus. I need Jesus. You need Jesus. There's sadness, there's despair, there's sickness and death, there are broken families. People need Jesus. To give them hope, life and purpose.

You can make a difference
God working through you can make a difference in peoples lives. Just as he did for Zacchaeus, for Jarius and for the bleeding woman.

Conclusion
You are at Camporama this week for a reason
you are here to find your calling
the call hasn't changed - it is still "Go and make disciples"
the way "you" fulfil it will be unique
God in you will make a difference
