AIM:We should focus on God - all else will then pale to insignificance

OBJECT:Kerosene pressure lantern (Coleman Style)

Turn on lantern and adjust so that a bright light is formed.
Allow kids to look into light for a few seconds.
Get them to close their eyes and ask what they see (should be bright light)

God's glory is a little like this.
If we concentrate on worshipping God, on loving God, on serving God, we'll see his glory. All our problems etc. will fall into perspective or disappear as we love and serve God.

Over the holidays keep on praying, keep on reading your Bible, keep on worshipping God, concentrate on Him.
