Problems encountered in changing the world

1) wrong cause
2) no helpers
3) burnout
4) better offer

1) wrong cause
You can't be sold out on the wrong cause. Get it right. Jesus said "Go into all the world and make disciples" Take up the cause. If you're not passionate about rangers - then get out. It's not for you. You're holding up the progress of the rest of us wanting the change the world.

2) no helpers
It's hard to change the world by yourself. You need help. To get help you need to show others your cause and your passion. Careful you don't scare them off with the commitment straight off. Let them feel the cause. Let them see the results of changing the world.

3) burnout
You've got the wrong cause. Passionate people don't burn out. It's true - don't argue with me on this one - I won't be dissuaded. Passion is the elixir of life. Passion brings relief to tired bones.

4) better offer
You've got the wrong cause. Take the better offer. Find your passion and do it. If you don't you're wasting everybody's time. Passion needs to be directed and released - otherwise you just kind of curl up and die slowly in the corner.
