Your workshop leader is Victor Zalakos, State
Commander of the Royal Rangers movement in New South Wales, Australia.
As well as directing the activities of Royal Rangers in the largest state of Australia, Victor also works at the coal face - as Senior Commander of his own outpost in Blaxland - and as the CEO of his own corporation, Customer Reach, a marketing firm that consults to business, government and educational institutions across Australia and North America.
Victor has developed and used all of the principals taught in his Leadership and the Perfect Outpost workshop to build his own Outpost from scratch just three years ago. In
that time his leadership gifting have been recognised by his local church, where he serves on the leadership and vision team, and at the state level - where has was unanimously
elected as State Commander in August of 1998. Victor holds credentials as a Pastor with the Assemblies of God in Australia.
For the past ten years, Victor has travelled extensively throughout Australia and New Zealand and the USA presenting, lecturing, selling and training in technology and marketing
solutions for business. He is the author of numerous articles on marketing, channel development and applications of technology to Australian business.
Victor firmly believes that theory without application is of no use to anyone and the special emphasis in all his efforts is in presenting deliverable, useful applications of marketing and leadership practice.
His background in electronics and programming, project management, sales and marketing coupled with boundless enthusiasm and ongoing, hands-on experience put him in an
excellent position to provide a unique insights into building your organisation.
Victor is married with four children. In between family, church work and Rangers, Victor enjoys team sports, camping, mountain bike riding, reading, keeping tropical fish and the arts.
